Accidentally, he sets fire to village bully Liu Erzhu's woodshed, owing a massive debt of fifty thousand. Driven to desperation, he enters the mountain late at night and encounters a miracle: a magical stone recognizes him as master, awakening perspective and super-strength abilities. Relying on digging up top-quality wild kudzu roots in the deep mountains to cash in, he fiercely fights back against scoundrels, raises his kids, and pays off debts, beginning his path of counterattack.
