During this time, she is repeatedly persecuted by a substitute woman her husband has brought in. Her husband and son turn a blind eye to her suffering and instead believe the substitute's lies, ordering her entire family clan to be slaughtered. Heartbroken and furious, Shen Wanyi finally gives up on her husband, Xiao Che, and resolutely drinks the seventh cup of wine, bidding farewell to this world. Xiao Che, meanwhile, finally gets the wish he has long desired.
