Customer service agent Su Nian unexpectedly gains the ability to hear callers' inner thoughts, but at the cost of her own memories. While helping callers heal their pain, she gradually forgets her mother's sticky notes, her friend Zhou Min, and the recordings left by her father. Zhou Min acts cold to protect her, Lu Chen flags malicious callers, and her younger brother Su Ran transcribes their father's recordings into text. Together, they guard the fragments of memory she loses. Ultimately, Su Nian is no longer afraid of forgetting, because someone is willing to remember for her. She becomes a bridge helping more people be truly heard.
