Rejected Flight Ticket and Lost Big Deal, I Turn the Tables
An 860-yuan plane ticket reimbursement was refused by finance under the pretext of non-compliance with procedures, stubbornly rejecting approval. Lu Chengchuan switched to a 78-yuan hard-seat ticket, rushing through the night, only to encounter a heavy rainstorm that stopped the train. By the time he reached the bidding hall, he was four minutes late, and the doors were already locked. A 120-million project was nearly lost simply because of this 860-yuan ticket. The whole company laughed at him, calling him arrogant and overestimating his abilities. Yet no one knew that he had saved every single approval record, every disconnected phone call, and every liability statement he was forced to sign. Starting from that rejected plane ticket, he would take back everything he had lost, piece by piece.
