Xia Wange is a master's graduate in law and a master of metaphysics. Born unable to gather qi, she relies on jade and other people's fortune to prolong her life, with only one year left to live. Lu Qiu, the president of Qiuye Group, carries the backlash of imperial purple qi, which has left both his legs impaired and forced him to rely on a wheelchair. A deliberately staged car accident brings the two together. Xia Wange discovers that his purple qi can save her life, while Lu Qiu discovers that she can heal his legs.
