Ye Chen endured thirteen years of humiliation in the Tianheng Sect, cursed from childhood by his junior brother Bai Xuan with a Luck-Seizing Curse that drained all his fortune, while facing constant cold cruelty from his master Liu Qingxuan and senior martial sisters. When Bai Xuan falsely claims a 300-year-old ancient blade as his own and frames him, a disillusioned Ye Chen shatters the blade in public and decisively leaves the sect. By twist of fate, he joins the Blade Sect, where Manor Master Xiao Liefeng teaches him supreme blade arts and helps him refine the void flames of a secret realm, sending his strength soaring. Yet Bai Xuan refuses to let go, pursuing and plotting against him, even resorting to poisoned darts at the martial arts conference. When the thirteen-year curse is incinerated and peeled away by the flame, stripping Bai Xuan of all his cultivation, regret strikes the Tianheng Sect. Can they ever undo the mistakes of their past?
