Crow's Mouth Battles Wind-Ear
Yun Zhiyi, a modern-day tough-as-nails policewoman, unexpectedly transmigrates into a melodramatic novel and becomes the wife of Lu Tinglan, a young general rumored to bring death to his wives and suffer from a hidden ailment. She unexpectedly unlocks a power that makes her sharp-tongued curses come true. Hoping to obtain a divorce agreement and ten thousand taels of silver so she can regain her freedom, Yun Zhiyi pretends to be gentle and devoted on the surface while relentlessly complaining in Sichuan dialect in her mind. However, Lu Tinglan unexpectedly awakens the ability to read minds and can hear her inner monologues. As they spend time together, Yun Zhiyi uses her curse-fulfilling tongue and special police skills to take down the abusive servant Nanny Qian, the scheming Princess Zhaohua, and the hypocrite Liu Rufeng, while single-handedly rescuing her good-for-nothing younger brother, Yun Tiankuo.
