Drink It All, Bid Farewell to an Old Friend
Three years ago, Shen Wanyi, Empress of the Great Qian Dynasty, had her body seized by a woman from another world. Upon returning to her own body, she discovers that both her husband and son have fallen in love with the transmigrated woman. They go to every length to torment Shen Wanyi, hoping to bring that woman back. Wounded beyond recognition, Shen Wanyi kneels for three days at Xianxue Peak, begging for the Wine of Drunken Dreams, hoping to restore the transmigrated woman to her place. During this time, she is repeatedly persecuted by a substitute woman her husband has brought in. Her husband and son turn a blind eye to her suffering and instead believe the substitute's lies, ordering her entire family clan to be slaughtered. Heartbroken and furious, Shen Wanyi finally gives up on her husband, Xiao Che, and resolutely drinks the seventh cup of wine, bidding farewell to this world. Xiao Che, meanwhile, finally gets the wish he has long desired.
