You Covet Ten Times the Rent, I Leave an Empty Mountain
Chen Ye invested over a million yuan to transform his neighbor Zhao Daqiang's barren mountain into a popular internet-famous campsite. Seeing how profitable it had become, Zhao Daqiang turned greedy and broke their agreement by demanding ten times the original rent. Chen Ye decisively cut his losses, dismantled all the facilities, and moved to a new location. With nobody visiting his barren mountain, Zhao Daqiang resorted to spreading rumors that Chen Ye's pesticide levels exceeded safety limits and repeatedly causing trouble. Chen Ye calmly gathered evidence and reported him to the police, joining forces with them to bring the entire scheme crashing down. In the end, Zhao Daqiang was sentenced to eighteen months in prison for multiple crimes and abandoned by everyone around him. Meanwhile, Chen Ye's new campsite became a huge success, while the mountain remained barren.
