Cultural relic restorer Su Qi possesses a special ability: by touching mottled antiques, she can sense century-old obsessions sealed deep within them. By day and night, she stays in the restoration room, accompanied by museum night guard Chen Yu and gentle, steady curator Lin Songnian. Broken porcelain bowls, corroded bronzes, faded silks—every scarred relic conceals a past buried by time. Together, the three mend cracks, quietly listen to relics tell their silent stories, and salvage human joys, sorrows, and regrets scattered across the mortal realm. Those unfinished matters submerged in time finally find a tender resting place amidst day after day of restoration and companionship.
