Wang Yue was swindled out of 2.5 million in dividends by his partner Zhou Dongzi, receiving only a humiliating 80,000 while his son desperately needed money for leukemia treatment. His younger brother Wang Xiao returned from overseas with an earthwork engineering plan, and the brothers teamed up to take on an industrial park project on the verge of tender failure. Facing Zhou Dongzi's sabotage of cutting off fuel and filing false reports, the brothers repaired their broken excavators in a rainstorm mud pit and completed the textbook-level project seventeen days ahead of schedule. When Xiao's hidden overseas accident and 1.8-million debt came to light, Yue paid off the entire debt with all their project earnings. In the end, Zhou Dongzi was imprisoned, and the brothers' ironclad fleet roared to life under the rising sun.
