Wang Quan was originally the heir to the wealthiest family. To fulfill his girlfriend's dream of opening a restaurant, he apprenticed under the God of Cookery and started from scratch, even turning down an offer of 100 million from the wealthy heiress Sang Xue to poach him. Once the restaurant went viral across the internet, his girlfriend Meng Yanran credited Song Hao for their success and grew ambiguously close to him. Disillusioned, Wang Quan broke up with her on the spot. After the split, everyone finally discovered who the real powerhouse behind the restaurant was. Meng Yanran wanted Wang Quan back while maintaining her arrogant stance, regretting her choices only after learning his true identity. However, Wang Quan had completely let go of her and was ready to embrace Sang Xue's affection. In the end, Meng Yanran and Song Hao became targets of public condemnation and suffered a disgraceful downfall.
