Buying Out Twelve Years of Friendship for Fifty Thousand Yuan
Lin Fan, captain of a fishing port fleet, strongly supported Zhang Dazhuang and his wife in running a dumpling restaurant in their early years. The two sides maintained twelve years of friendship, but completely broke off relations over a miscellaneous bill of more than fifty thousand yuan. After a sharp decline in customers, Zhang Dazhuang desperately vied for the shipping supply station cooperation project, using unscrupulous means to win. On the other side, peer Qin Lan operated a dumpling restaurant alone, always adhering to the commercial bottom line of marked prices. On a critical night when a snowstorm sealed the port, Zhang Dazhuang hired people to maliciously damage the water supply and power equipment in Qin Lan's store. Lin Fan assisted in collecting key evidence and cooperated with law enforcement agencies to investigate and clarify all the facts. Qin Lan won cooperation opportunities with integrity and also harvested sincere affection.
