Employees Walk Out, I Immediately Expand the Store
After the annual banquet ends, top trainer Lei Zhen and three accomplices confront the owner at the cash register. They demand half the profits, or all four will quit immediately and poach every member for the new gym across the street. Jiang Ye doesn't try to stop them. He simply replies, "Go ahead. Leave, all of you." Everyone expects the gym to go bankrupt within two months. But Jiang Ye immediately acquires the neighboring premises and expands the business overnight. One year later, Rock Solid Fitness has opened its ninth branch, with three of the city's top five gyms in customer reputation rankings belonging to the chain. Meanwhile, the gym across the street, bearing the sign of the former coaching team, has long since changed owners. Are members really coming for the trainers' classes, or for the gym itself?

Yıl sonu partisinin ardından yıldız antrenör Lei Zhen, üç ortağıyla birlikte kasanın önünde işletme sahibinin yolunu keser. Kârın yarısını kendilerine vermesini isterler. Aksi takdirde dördü de hemen istifa edecek ve bütün üyeleri caddenin karşısındaki yeni spor salonuna götürecektir. Jiang Ye onları durdurmaya çalışmaz. Sadece, "Hepiniz gidebilirsiniz," diye cevap verir.
