After taking over the construction team his father left behind, Lin Yuan's first priority is to solve the workers' food problems. Liu Hong, owner of Hongyun Catering, has relied on his connections and status after ten years of cooperation, increasingly neglecting the workers. When Lin Yuan suggests changing the canteen provider, Liu Hong mocks him, convinced that the young team leader cannot do without him. Determined to ensure his brothers get a proper hot meal, Lin Yuan approaches Zhang Cheng, an unassuming lunch-box vendor. One small food stall and one ordinary boxed meal are enough to restore the workers' trust and motivation. What Liu Hong never expected was that the little stall he looked down on would gradually take away his business.

Dopo aver preso in mano la squadra edile lasciata dal padre, la prima cosa che Lin Yuan fa è risolvere il problema dei pasti degli operai. Liu Hong, proprietario di Hongyun Catering, collabora con loro da dieci anni, ma, forte delle sue conoscenze e della sua posizione, offre ai lavoratori pasti sempre più scadenti. Quando Lin Yuan propone di cambiare il fornitore della mensa, Liu Hong lo deride, convinto che il giovane caposquadra non possa fare a meno di lui. Determinato a garantire ai suoi compagni un pasto caldo, Lin Yuan si rivolge a Zhang Cheng, un modesto venditore di pasti in scatola. Una piccola bancarella e un normale pasto confezionato bastano a restituire fiducia e motivazione agli operai. Liu Hong non immagina che proprio quella bancarella che disprezza finirà per portargli via, poco alla volta, i clienti.
