After transmigrating into the body of Liam, a poor college student discovers that he has become the husband of Jasmine, the wealthy heiress and future president of the Jiang Group. Although Liam had pursued Jasmine since college and finally married her, his true nature soon emerged after the wedding: he gambled away money and even had an affair with his own sister-in-law, Yara, Jiang family's illegitimate daughter. After Liam dies in a car accident while rushing to buy Yara a cake, the transmigrated protagonist realizes his predicament: his wife is a billionaire, but he has become a shameless kept man. Wondering why the original Liam pursued Yara instead of his wealthy wife, he finally gets a look at Jasmine and discovers what she really looks like.
