The military's experimental weapon, the Dragon Cub, encounters the tragically murdered true heiress of the Su family, Su Su, and uses her body to take human form. With lost memories and the mind of a child, she is hit by Sheng Wuqi's car on the highway and immediately clings to him, mistaking him for her father. The Su family callously abandoned their flesh and blood, unaware that if the Dragon Cub loses emotional control, she could destroy an entire city; the military wants to retrieve her but fears triggering a catastrophe. Sheng Wuqi has no choice but to care for her at his manor. When the Shen family repeatedly comes knocking and the patriarch insists on taking her away, Sheng Wuqi declares his willingness to marry her to protect her. Thus begins the sweet, pampering everyday life between a man and an ancient ancestor.
