Planning director Chen Wang quits his million-dollar salary and returns to the Beijiaowan fishing port. Pretending to be a freeloader, he transforms peanut worms into 'marine cordyceps,' turns an untouched beach into a viral scenic spot, and makes local fishermen cooperative shareholders. No one knows that he actually returned because Lin Xi, his crush of thirteen years, just got divorced. Pretending it's all coincidence, he acts as if he's taking it easy. After thirteen years, it's finally his turn to pursue her.
