Xu Qingyan, a young nobleman transported to the State of Chu, is a genuine spoiled playboy. He persuades the sons of dukes to skip school, and when he visits the Music and Entertainment Bureau, he actually takes money home with him. He punches and kicks powerful court officials and faces the capital's influential nobles with swords drawn. Despite laws restricting commerce, he conducts business on a grand scale, throwing the capital into complete chaos. Xu Qingyan declares, "My brother-in-law is the Crown Prince.
