A Hundred Billion Returns to Dust, Hiding the Blade and Waiting to Reveal
Yuanhui Group founder Lu Yuanshan disguises himself as a scavenging old man to attend his grandson's wedding, testing familial affection with fifty million in jadeite and equity. Facing children, grandchildren, and in-laws who despise the poor and love the rich, he coldly takes back his gifts and leaves with his loyal and righteous younger grandson, Lu Mingjie. Lu Mingjie passes the venture capital preliminary review through strength rather than relying on connections, while those who fawn upon power are exposed on the spot for falsifying data. After restoring his identity, Lu Yuanshan handles those who abuse their power according to regulations, finally entrusting the group to the upright Lu Mingjie, unloading his heavy burdens to live for himself. The story reveals that blood ties do not equal family affection, treating each other with sincerity makes a family, and righteousness and gratitude ultimately reap good results.
