Endless Bills
To give her daughter a lavish wedding, her sister-in-law arranged an extravagant wedding celebration, outrageously expensive gold jewelry, and a car as part of the dowry. But behind the scenes, she quietly made her younger brother and his wife foot the bill. Her husband not only did nothing to stop her but secretly took out loans behind his wife's back, convinced that she would eventually give in for the sake of the family's reputation. After seven years of marriage, Jiang Ning has repeatedly compromised, only to find that her in-laws keep pushing their luck. When her sister-in-law puts Jiang Ning's name on the wedding program and announces in front of all the guests that she will be giving away a car, Jiang Ning finally refuses to stay silent. This time, she decides to expose the lies in front of everyone and turn the carefully maintained facade of respectability into a real bill that everyone must face.
