The Chronicle of Dao He, the Adorable Baby of Qingxu Temple, Descending the Mountain
In Qingxu Taoist Temple, there is a six-year-old little Daoist girl named Dao He, who possesses born divine strength and an astonishing appetite, and was raised single-handedly by the old temple master. Life in the temple is hard and austere; to let Dao He descend the mountain to temper herself and find her background, the old temple master had no choice but to "act out" a play of being so poor that they could not even lift the lid of the rice pot. Clutching a cold steamed bun, Dao He descends the mountain, single-mindedly wishing only to make money to buy rice, to support her master and three legendary senior martial brothers and sisters who are "suffering outside." After descending the mountain, she first encounters the aloof and cold swordsman second senior sister Chu Yunwei, then encounters the esoteric arts expert third senior brother Xie Wuchen, and finally meets the stern, powerful high official senior martial brother Gu Changqing in the capital. The three of them discover that this little junior sister has a pure mind and astonishing strength.
