Crossing Liaodong Season 1: Mountains and Rivers Raise Armor - Season 1
In the late Five Dynasties period, the Central Plains were engulfed in the flames of war, and the common people were displaced. Modern special forces soldier Chen Du transmigrated, cheating death in a devastated village in Mount Funiu after a raid. Without any cheats or golden fingers, he relies solely on professional tactical skills to establish a foothold in these turbulent times. He takes in orphan children and surviving refugees, builds defense lines relying on the mountain valley, drills personnel, procures military equipment, and repels foreign enemies. Chen Du has no desire to vie for hegemony or claim the throne; he only wants to guard a piece of pure land and shelter the displaced people. From an isolated person in a desperate situation, he grows into a protector and grand marshal of the people, transforming the barren mountain valley into a safe haven in chaotic times. When the smoke of war subsides, he will lay down his armor, retire into seclusion, pass on the will to protect, and care nothing for power or fame, seeking only peace for the people he has guarded.
