As the Abyss Voyage manifests into reality following Cthulhu's dream, all humanity is forced onto terrifying giant ships to clear levels and survive. Lin Zhou, a former sailor who once survived a shipwreck that claimed his entire crew, has suffered endless criticism and avoided the sea for years. Now, he is forced back onto a ship. Enshrouded in thick fog and surging dark waters, Lin Zhou sees through anomalies and steps up to command, only to be branded a jinx due to his past. Only Su Chen and a handful of others choose to follow him. Relying on his foresight, the team escapes the first catastrophe while most crew members perish, leaving the survivors with no choice but to rely on him. Leading the crowd to face the deep sea horrors, he remains unaware of a deadly danger hidden within himself.
