Four-Time Time Travel to Great Qin
Rong Zhi, a female history student, accidentally cuts herself while opening a delivery package, and her blood drips onto a black jade ring, transporting her into a parallel version of the Great Qin dynasty. Each time she dies, a blood line appears on the jade ring, giving her four chances in total. On her first journey, she falls right in front of the First Emperor and is recognized by a man who has waited twelve years for her as a little immortal maiden. She changes history by preventing Jing Ke's assassination attempt against the Emperor, exposing the deception behind the quest for immortality, introducing imperial examinations to recruit talented scholars, and using gunpowder to dig irrigation channels. After taking an arrow for Fu Su, she returns. On her second journey, she goes back to Handan and protects the nine-year-old Ying Zheng, who has endured constant bullying. She shields him from a raging fire but dies during his childhood. On her third journey, she saves Han Fei and suffers a massive hemorrhage while entrusting her child to someone else's care, only to discover that Fu Su is her biological son. On her fourth journey, she travels to bid farewell to the white-haired Ying Zheng on a snowy night. Throughout his life, he witnesses her die four times. Yet she stubbornly believes that history can be changed and that even fate can be rewritten. In the end, she reunites with him in the modern world after his reincarnation.
