Urban white-collar worker Su Nianwei resigned due to anxiety disorder and unexpectedly inherited the abandoned deep mountain guesthouse "Cloud's Return". She went up the mountain with her only savings, and met the taciturn forest ranger Gu Shanyue, the bold and enthusiastic village live-streamer Zhou Xiaoman, and the reticent village-guarding old man Uncle Lu.
