The newborn Kirin baby Wanwan learns that her father, who descended to the mortal realm to undergo heavenly tribulations, has had his fate altered by villains and is doomed to meet a tragic end. Aided by the spiritual bird Keke, she descends to the mortal world to save him. Supported and cherished by Keke, she embarks on an adorable journey of staging encounters to beg for adoption. While living with her first father—the cold-faced God of War and frontier general Xie Chong—their bond deepens day by day. However, during an outing with young Crown Prince Yin Yuanli of the Tianqi Dynasty, she crosses paths with her second, yandere-obsessive father.
