Shen Yan, a senior structural engineer, is pressured by Lin Chunmei, a selfish and overbearing downstairs resident, who joins forces with the property management company to force him to remove his legally compliant safety railing, which serves both as flood protection and a security measure. Those who caused the trouble suffer the consequences of their own actions. Shen Yan stands firm on the right side of the law throughout, defending his rights through legal channels with a complete chain of evidence.
