Dare to Splash Me with Hot Soup, Don't Want the Whole Pier Anymore
On the year-end settlement day, Shen Qinglan came to the Nangang Pier as usual to drink seafood soup, but was publicly splashed with soup and humiliated by Chen Wei, the boss's younger brother, who slandered her for eating for free for ten years and incited the merchants of the old street to default on dividends and tear up agreements. Little did everyone know that the true controller behind this street—from road construction and utilities to investment promotion and operation—had always been Shen Qinglan. Since they are ungrateful, she will no longer hold back; a single notice reclaims all shop spaces, followed closely by clearing, lawsuits, and public opinion reversal. The former merchants reap what they sow, and Chen Wei wakes up to reality after plunging to rock bottom. After kindness, righteousness, and contracts are trampled, Shen Qinglan rebuilds the order of Nangang with her own hands.
