Modern young man Li Hao accidentally travels to the world of Journey to the West, reincarnating as an ordinary monkey demon on the Mountain of Flowers and Fruit. Originally intending to wait quietly for the stone monkey's birth and go with the flow, he is stunned when the celestial stone bursts open—giving birth to a naive, spirited female stone monkey named Wukong. Leveraging his unique ability to absorb and refine the spiritual essence of heaven and earth, Li Hao overpowers the old Monkey King, subdues the demon clan, enters the Water Curtain Cave, and becomes the new master of the Mountain of Flowers and Fruit. In pursuit of immortality, he takes the newly born Wukong across the seas on a long journey seeking immortals. From the forests of the Mountain of Flowers and Fruit to distant realms across four seas and eight wastelands, the two grow from mere companions relying on each other to fierce protectors amidst trials, slowly kindling romantic feelings along the way.
