After My Village-Guard Dogs Were Driven Away, the Black Bears Arrived
Chen Chuan raises large guard dogs, including Caucasian Shepherds and Tibetan Mastiffs, to protect his village from black bears descending from the mountains behind it. His cousin Zhang Yong, hoping to open a countryside resort, joins forces with the villagers to forcibly drive away the dogs, accusing Chen Chuan of keeping them illegally. Despite repeatedly warning everyone about the danger posed by the bears, Chen Chuan is accused of spreading rumors, and the villagers even sign liability waivers. Before long, a group of bears runs rampant, destroying the resort and attacking flocks of sheep, leaving the villagers with devastating losses. Instead of accepting responsibility, they surround Chen Chuan and demand compensation. Armed with irrefutable evidence, Chen Chuan exposes their hypocrisy, rebuilds the village's defenses, and foils Zhang Yong's revenge plot involving poisoned bait. Ultimately, he leads the villagers in protecting their home through technology and proper safety regulations.
