At the Start, Change Fate and Train to Become a Text Martial God - Season 2
Chen Xuan, a recent graduate of Jiangcheng University with no family or connections, accidentally enters a text-based martial arts game called Martial Dao, which can synchronize with reality. If a character dies for the second time, the real-life player dies as well. He abandons the conventional high-stat starting build and chooses the extremely costly Saint-grade destiny, 'Defy Heaven and Change Fate.' His five attributes are reduced to zero at the start, leaving him with only half of his family's ancestral jade pendant to protect his life. Using his ability to see through every fortuitous encounter, Chen Xuan meets Long Qing in Jinling, becomes the apprentice of Cao Qing, a traitorous disciple of the Medicine King, and gradually rises from a dying cripple to the Body Refining Realm. After killing the greedy and wicked steward Shen, he unexpectedly obtains the Seven Kills Blade, uncovering the secret affairs of the Shen family. By reading the written words to glimpse hidden opportunities, he relies on his mortal body to overcome the deadly dangers of the martial world.
