A company flight with ten people crashes on a deserted island in the Pacific. Everyone survives, without knowing they were saved by a mysterious girl. Superpowers awaken one after another, and a brutal rule emerges — the only way to advance your power is to hunt your companions and absorb their life essence. Former colleagues turn into hunters, the nine espers each harboring their own schemes, and the deserted island becomes a slaughterhouse purgatory. Only the protagonist Lu Yuanxiu never awakens any ability, seen by all as the weakest prey, yet with his overwhelming intellect, extreme observation and meticulous planning, he tears through deadly traps time and again as the espers kill each other.
