A luxury cruise ship is hit by a tsunami, and Lin Feng is stranded on a deserted island with eighteen companions. Citing him as a "safety risk", they vote to kick him out of the camp, never knowing that he has already awakened the Island Survival System: item identification, knowledge downloads, physique enhancement, he masters them all. From then on he catches fish and roasts chicken, makes salt and fires pottery, weaves nets and hunts deer, showing the human will to keep striving and save oneself in the face of despair. In the end his spirit inspires all his companions, and together, with their own hands, they build a beautiful life of self-reliance and hard-working survival.
