Scavenger granny Liu Guifen takes in a black cat named Xiao Hei at the dying request of her best friend, unaware that it is actually an ancient demon god. The two rely on each other to survive, but they are targeted by a depraved cat-abuse ring looking to use them for quick cash. Seeking cheap thrills, the gang starts a live stream right in front of Liu Guifen to torture and slaughter Xiao Hei, ignoring all warnings as they recklessly remove the collar that seals away his demonic powers.
