After Watching Dramas at My Desk, the Boss Panicked Completely
I've been the company's top salesperson for three consecutive years, yet my year-end bonus was only 6,000 yuan. Meanwhile, the connected employee next door who spends his days making tea received 60,000 yuan. I didn't argue or make a scene. I simply returned to my desk, opened a packet of spicy snacks, took out my phone, and started watching a drama. The boss came over and asked, "Why isn't our top salesperson out meeting clients?" I casually cracked some sunflower seeds and pointed at the tea-making employee. "Let him do it. His bonus is ten times mine, so he must be ten times more capable." The boss laughed. What he didn't know was that 80% of the company's clients recognized only me, Lu Shen, not his lousy company brand. A heartwarming ending with positive values.
