After Breaking My Sword, I Slayed the Gods
I am the last divine sword between heaven and earth. I accompanied Lord God Qinghan in battle for ten thousand years, only to be broken by his own hands and cast down into the mortal realm because of a jealous remark from his new love. Fifteen hundred years later, I meet Lu Xingye, a transmigrated young man bearing the Mandate of Heaven, who even gives me the name Tetanus. One is a half-broken divine sword bent on revenge; the other is a down-and-out young man with a sharp tongue and a knack for mischief. Together, we recover my missing sword body, reforge our divine souls, save the common people, and storm the Heavenly Palace. But only during the battle to slay the gods do I discover that my sword was never broken over romantic jealousy—it was all part of a conspiracy planned for ten thousand years.
