When he returns as the person in charge of the evaluation, he adheres to his principles and refuses to act out of personal resentment. Armed with a complete chain of evidence, he purges opportunists and parasites from the workplace, gives employees who admit their mistakes and seek to improve a chance to turn things around, and promotes honest, hardworking staff while restoring industry standards.
