Drive Away the Perfect Property Management, the Whole Community Regrets It Bitterly
Su Qingyan, president of the Su Group's property management company, conceals her identity and takes root in a residential community as its property manager. With attentive service and transparent accounts, she turns the community into a model neighborhood for the entire district. After Sister Zhang's demands for special privileges are rejected, she grows resentful, stirs up the homeowners, and conspires with Wang Biao, who runs a low-cost property management company, to have Su driven out through an illegal vote. The new management company drastically cuts services, plunging the community into chaos and sending property prices tumbling. Terminating the contract would also require the homeowners to pay enormous penalties. After repeatedly visiting Su to beg for help, the homeowners discover her true identity, only to find that the entire property management industry has blacklisted their community. In the end, Su steps in to help rectify the situation and establishes a system of joint management, transforming the community completely.
