Barren Year End Times: My Space Supermarket Feeds the Whole Family
Modern office worker Shen Mianmian repeatedly has prophetic nightmares, dreaming that she travels through time to an ancient famine year, becoming a woman named Shen Mianmian, fleeing famine with the family of her husband Lu Yan, and ultimately dying a tragic death at the hands of wandering bandits. As the countdown ends, she truly time-travels, arriving in a fictional ancient era before the calamity strikes. Right after time-traveling, she encounters the crisis of heavy snow collapsing their thatched cottage. Relying on the spiritual cat Duoduo's early warning, the whole family escapes death by a hair's breadth. Shen Mianmian's paternal grandparents are callous and selfish, casting out the third branch family. When seeking help from the old family home, they are subjected to all sorts of humiliation. After recognizing the true faces of her blood relatives, Shen Mianmian's family goes to seek refuge at the home of the hunter Lu Yan, whom she was already betrothed to.
