Rent Triples, I End the Lease with One Letter
After Dong Lai's parents passed away early, his aunt Dong Fang and her family persuaded him to run a supermarket by offering him a storefront at a low rent. Once his business became successful, however, they raised the rent for three consecutive years, eventually tripling it and demanding that he pay three million yuan.
