The 50,000-Yuan Reimbursement Form Topples the 800-Million-Yuan Grand Scheme
Shen Lan drank until she suffered gastric bleeding on behalf of her company and worked tirelessly for three months to secure a major 60-million-yuan project. But the very next day, when she submitted a 50,000-yuan business entertainment expense for reimbursement, the finance department pushed the form back, accusing her of treating the company like a fool who would pay for anything. The most ridiculous part was that the boss himself had explicitly told her to spare no expense when entertaining the client. The company wanted the 60-million-yuan contract but expected her to cover the 50,000-yuan meal herself. Shen Lan picked up the reimbursement form and went straight to the general manager to demand an explanation.
