Villain Under Control! - Season 3
Intern doctor Qi Nan transmigrates into a female-oriented novel, becoming a cannon-fodder villain destined to be tortured to death by the female lead three years later. To survive, he throws away his scalpel and frantically works to redeem himself: paying off the surgery fees for Xia Ningqi's adoptive mother, moving in next door, and creatively preparing breakfast for her every day. Yet this girl, who was subjected to malicious rumors and juggles three jobs a day, has long ceased believing in anyone's kindness. While guarding against the original male lead who tries to steal his credit, Qi Nan shields her in dark alleyways late at night. It isn't until Xia Ningqi is recognized and reclaimed by the wealthy Xia family of the capital—completely reversing her status—that Qi Nan realizes the hardest thing to alter isn't the plot, but his own heart.
