Chunlan brings her two children to Beijing, only to discover that her husband's hard-earned money has been withheld by his own second elder brother. Back in their hometown, their daughter has to depend on others, while her in-laws secretly divide property and land behind their backs. Refusing to keep enduring in silence, she audits the books, demands the money owed, and pushes a three-wheeled cart with her husband to sell meat. From facing scams to losing capital, and from being too shy to shout street cries to running a thriving stall, can Eldest Sister rely on her own two hands to build a secure and stable home for her children?
