A penniless young man, A Kong, constantly dreams of striking it rich, usually spending his days teasing the blind or peeping at pretty girls. One day, he sneaks into a martial arts tournament. Dazzled by the massive prize money, he loses all reason and charges recklessly onto the arena stage, completely forgetting one crucial detail: he doesn't know any kung fu at all. Knocked off the platform in a single blow, he doesn't even realize what hit him. Yet his sudden intrusion inadvertently saves all the top masters of the tournament, because his scoundrel childhood friend had been bribed to blow up everyone in attendance.
