Seeking New Redemption
After successfully redeeming the sickly, obsessive villain Liu Ruyan, I faked my death to escape, only to be forcibly sent back by the system. Seven years have passed, and she has become a powerful figure in the capital, berating and beating a groom who looks almost exactly like me. She resents me for leaving without a word, and her affection for me has plunged to rock bottom, yet she still keeps the hazelnut chocolate I love and remembers all my preferences. In this time-crossing romantic reckoning, her seven years of unwavering obsession ultimately bring us together, with both of us choosing each other.
