Eighties Fierce Wife: The Factory Director's New Daughter-in-Law
Song Chuntao, a tough woman who makes her living slaughtering pigs, married into the Zhang family six years ago. She worked tirelessly to support her husband, Zhang Weidong, in getting a job at the meat processing plant and even paid to build a house for his family. But after Zhang Weidong became a permanent employee, he began to despise her for smelling of pork and forced her to leave the marriage with nothing. Song Chuntao wipes away her tears and walks away with her son, Xiaoman. Unexpectedly, when she kindly helps an elderly woman who has fallen by the roadside, the woman takes an immediate liking to her and directly asks her to marry her disabled son, Zhou Muqian. On the day her ex-husband gets married, everyone mocks Song Chuntao for being a remarried woman with a child, claiming she is only fit to marry a cripple. The next moment, three Santana cars arrive at the village entrance. The Zhou family's steward brings a wristwatch, a bicycle, a sewing machine, and 800 yuan in betrothal gifts, welcoming her home in grand style.
