Environmental inspector Lynn opposes the interstellar conglomerate Deep Blue Industries dumping psionic waste liquid into the Western Ocean, only to be beaten and imprisoned. By chance, he establishes a soul link with an abyssal behemoth in the deep sea, controlling the beast to devour the waste liquid and evolve. To cover up their crimes, the executives of Deep Blue launch a military coup. Lynn and the behemoth fight back together, exposing the truth behind the pollution. The Sector United Council rules on Deep Blue's guilt, the Northern Alliance withdraws its troops, and Deep Blue's economy collapses. Lynn and the behemoth purify the marine ecosystem and are hailed as Guardians of the Starry Sea. Later, an extraterrestrial meteor strikes carrying a Void Three-Headed Dragon. The behemoth evolves into its Red Lotus form, joining forces with Lynn to defeat the formidable enemy and protect the Blue Star, human and beast forever guarding the star sector.
