He Takes Credit for My Achievements and Pretends to Be a Rich Young Master; When the Truth Comes Out, He Panics
During their four years at university, Chen Yizhou's family fell on hard times, and he relied entirely on his roommate, Lin Hao, for financial support and protection. Five years later, Lin Hao needs help raising 8,000 yuan to rent wedding cars. Their old classmate Zhao Mingyang rushes in, grandly claiming he will provide Rolls-Royces and Bentleys, but then privately asks Chen Yizhou to lend him luxury cars, offering only 500 yuan in return. Chen Yizhou pretends to play along. At the wedding, all the drivers bow to him, and the evidence is exposed, humiliating Zhao Mingyang in front of everyone. Yet Zhao still refuses to learn his lesson and starts boasting by passing off Chen Yizhou's connections at a camp as his own. Chen Yizhou brings out evidence of every past debt and grievance, exposing all of Zhao's pretenses once and for all and proving that only sincerity and real ability can provide a solid foundation in life.
