By a twist of fate, he discovers that Shen Qingge, the president of the Qingge Group, is the couple's biological daughter, who went missing twenty years ago. Together, they work to protect the historic Qingshi Old Street and harness the power of technology to support a public-interest search for missing loved ones. At long last, the family is joyfully reunited. Gu Tingshen then confesses his love to Shen Qingge, promising to stay by her side for the rest of their lives. A small act of kindness blossoms into the most touching bond of fate.
